Journalist, researcher, archive artist and pop culture, fashion and art enthusiast. Founder of ficheraz, an archival project dedicated to the preservation, study and dissemination of the life and work of vintage showgirls from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the diaspora.

About Ficheraz

Ficheraz is an archival project created by Arturo Rico in 2018. Its sole purpose is to preserve and share the history of vintage showgirls, burlesque performers and cabaret artists from Latin America, the Caribbean and the diaspora. In recent years Ficheraz has gained international notoriety through social media, over 125 thousand followers on Instagram and almost 300 thousand likes on Facebook echo the popularity of the project.
